Scholarship funding for Women’s Leadership Development

Each year, we dedicate our support to the office of the National Industry Scholarship Program for the development of women within the finance industry.

Women & Leadership Australia (WLA) is administering a national initiative to support the development of female leaders across Australia’s finance sector. 

The initiative is providing women with grants to enable participation in powerful and effective leadership development programs.

WLA is looking to build further on the gender equality momentum that was generated throughout 2017. An additional round of scholarship funding is available to women across three key management levels:

• Early career managers for the Accelerated Leadership Performance Program (ALPP)
• Mid-level managers for the Executive Ready career accelerator program
• Experienced senior and executive leaders for the Advanced Leadership Program (ALP)

Scholarship funding is strictly limited and has to be allocated before the end of this financial year.
