There are three broad membership categories:

Mr Craig was appointed a director and independent Chair of Australian Payments Network in January 2014. Prior to 2008, his 25-year career in financial services included senior roles at Westpac Banking Corporation, National Australia Bank, Bank of New Zealand and National Westminster Bank.

Mr Franklin is General Manager Payments at National Australia Bank Limited. He was appointed by National Australia Bank as a director in October 2017 and was appointed by the Board as Deputy Chair in May 2018.
CEO – BA (Hons), MA (Oxon), GAICD
Mr White was appointed as Chief Executive Officer and a director of AusPayNet in March 2019. He has over 25 years’ international experience, incorporating roles at the Bank of England, LCH.Clearnet and the ASX.

Mr Campbell is Head of Payments Policy and Strategy at Westpac Group. He was appointed by Westpac Banking Corporation as a director in April 2003.
Ms Clark has an extensive background in business, finance and governance through a career as a Non-Executive Director since 1991 and as a Banker for over 20 years. She was appointed as an independent director in June 2014.

Mr Jay is Chief Executive Officer of Australian Settlements Limited. He was appointed by Building Society members as a director in August 2010.
Ms Kallman is Head of Payments Industry at Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited. She was appointed as a director in April 2018.
Mr Kwakernaak is Managing Director at First Data Network Australia. He was appointed by Electing Members as a director in October 2016.

Ms McArdle is Head of Deposits and Payment Products at Macquarie Bank Limited. She was appointed by Electing Members as a director in November 2017.
Ms McMillan is Head of Payments Representation, Business and Private Banking at Commonwealth Bank of Australia. She was appointed as a director in April 2018.
Ms McPhee is Head of Banking at the Reserve Bank of Australia. She was appointed by the Reserve Bank of Australia as a director in February 2017.

Ms Mulligan has more than 28 years’ experience in financial services, business and the law, including senior roles at Allens, St George Bank and ANZ. She was appointed as an independent director in June 2014.

Mr Weatherley is Chief Executive Officer at Indue Limited. He was appointed by Credit Union members as a director in April 2018.

Andy has over 25 years’ international experience, incorporating roles at the Bank of England, LCH.Clearnet and the ASX. He is a graduate of Oxford University and AICD. Andy also holds advisory roles on Australia’s Data Standards Body, the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council, and Emerging Payments Association Asia.
Nancy brings more than 15 years of commercial and in-house legal expertise to our Legal and Governance functions. Prior to joining us in 2017, Nancy spent five years as the General Counsel for Asia Pacific at a global provider of managed communications solutions to the banking and financial services industries.
Chief Financial Officer
Lynette brings over 20 years of finance and business management experience to AusPayNet. She has held various senior management roles within PwC, predominately the Assurance and Business Advisory Group working with start-ups through to large multinationals. Most recently Lynette was the CFO for the Converga Group.
Chief Strategy Officer
Victoria has been working with payment and identity technologies for over 20 years. She has advised a range of organisations, from start-ups to major banks, on the business implications of emerging payment and identity technologies. Her role at AusPayNet includes leading the initiatives undertaken by the Australian Payments Council.

We represent the industry on a number of national and international standards committees and advisory groups. The role we play in shaping best practice standards helps support secure innovation in payments, Fintech and the new world of blockchain.
