Workshop key aspects of the industry framework to manage online card fraud

We are hosting workshops to discuss the key aspects of the industry framework to manage online card payment fraud.

In February, we hosted – with support from the RBA – a card-not-present (CNP) Fraud Accelerator event for the online cards community. This event sought industry consensus on what design principles should apply to a CNP fraud framework. 

Consensus was achieved and AusPayNet engaged the payment consultation company Innopay (Amsterdam) to complete an initial draft of the framework. AusPayNet is now seeking to further engage the community and seek feedback on key aspects of this draft framework. 

These are community events for AusPayNet members and non-members. If your business is being affected by online card fraud, we welcome your attendance – specifically, if you are an online merchant or payment gateway.
